Shipping

We ship worldwide from Austin, Texas.
All orders are carefully packed with eco-friendly materials and shipped within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Free U.S. Domestic Shipping on orders over $75 USD

  • Free International Shipping on orders over $150 USD

For orders below these thresholds, domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate of $6.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our wool crafts, processing times for pre-orders or made-to-order pieces may vary slightly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Woobbi. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day one-time return or exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
Because each Woobbi piece is handcrafted from natural wool and highly delicate, please handle all returns with care. 

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are used, damaged, or dirty, or show signs of wear.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We only exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. For all other returns, we’ll issue a refund.

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@woobbi.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item.

Additional Notes

As all Woobbi pieces are handmade using natural materials, small variations in color, shape, or texture are part of their charm, and not considered defects.
We appreciate your understanding and support for sustainable craftsmanship.
